RPA Design’s approach to projects focuses on assembling the best resources and emphasizing solutions that reflect the client’s business goals and challenges. While some firms choose to provide all resources within the firm, we believe a better approach is the “collaborative model.” These collaborative partners provide diverse services well beyond normal architectural and engineering, including strategic planning, operations, and finance.

Our emphasis on solutions is a direct result of our shared philosophy for serving clients. Our professionals engage clients in exploring solutions through a unique process we have termed “Scenario Planning.” The process brings decision makers and stakeholders together to review goals, challenges, operations, etc. creating a direction for the project. That coupled with the specialized collaborative partners help the owner make informed decisions on their facilities. We incorporate this holistic thinking throughout from start to finish.
