Ed Cooper
Ed Cooper has
over 32 years of extensive construction
experience in the areas of field
supervision, estimating, project
management, and group project
management. He also acted as Quality
Manager for a large construction firm
teaching and facilitating
problem-solving methods. His medical
project experience includes new hospital
additions, renovation of existing
hospitals, women’s centers, ambulatory
surgery facilities, cancer centers, and
medical office buildings. Additionally,
his background incorporates parking
decks, large retail malls, hotels,
high-rise commercial buildings,
high-security detention facilities, and
fine arts performing centers.
Mr. Cooper’s present
responsibilities include coordination of
all construction work performed by the
general contractors. He is integrally
involved in all stages of development
beginning with the selection of the
architect, engineers, and general
contractor, with emphasis on combining
appropriately skilled team members to form
a cohesive organization dedicated to the
successful completion of the specific
project. He assists in the design process
and reviews and approves the construction
pricing provided by the general
contractor. Mr. Cooper is intimately
involved in all phases of construction
from the beginning up to and including
tenant upfitting.
