The Health Campus Medical Office Building was designed with the needs of the first floor ambulatory surgery center tenant in mind. The proportions of the building allowed for a surgery center footprint to optimize the connection between pre-op/post-op areas and the operating rooms. To better accommodate patients, a separate and easily identifiable entrance at the medical office building and the ambulatory surgery center will exist. The site configuration proportionally distributed parking for surgery center patients, medical office patients, physicians, and staff near the appropriate entries to the building. The building core accommodates rear service entry for the physicians and surgery center without compromising leasing efficiency for tenant space.
