Mebane Medical Office Building
Mebane. NC
Mebane Medical Park serves as a 63,000
square foot expandable medical office building with the ability
of becoming the ambulatory care component of a full service
hospital in the future. The vision and design of the medical
park allows for major expansion.
Ambulatory
surgery, outpatient diagnostics, and urgent care tenants have
aligned to extend east and north. The public “mall”
entry to Mebane Medical Park can be extended northward to
connect to medical office components.
The second floor of Mebane Medical Park will
house multiple medical office tenants. This space can extend
to the north as the surgery center grows. An additional 40,000
square feet of medical office space could be constructed across
the mall space, connecting at the two story cylindrical shaped
entry lobbies. |
